Tracking progress is extremely important for your success.
Monitoring the details of your workouts and physical activities enables me to evaluate on a weekly basis how you’re responding to the your training and nutrition plan.
By tracking your progress I will be able to analyze the data, identify personal training records, and make necessary changes to your weights and number of sets and reps that you are performing.
Keeping track of your nutrition is just as important, or even more so in some cases. I provide two options for nutrition tracking. You can either use a food tracking app that connects directly with me OR I will provide you with a meal plan that you are expected to follow.
Tracking your nutrition allows us to proactively plan and make necessary changes to prevent plateaus as your body quickly responds to the effective combination of training and proper diet.
